About your role:

- Your prime responsibility will be to achieve alliance channel business goals from existing and new partnership in the assigned territory

About your responsibilities:

- Maximizing opportunities and exploring new alliance opportunities within the assigned territory

- Delivering alliance business opportunities within geography for all products

- Maintaining strong relationship with key leadership team of alliance partner

- Working with products and marketing department to understand the short term and long term alliance partnership requirements with the objective to finalize agreements with potential alliance partners

Some of your deliverables:

- Delivering business objectives in close coordination with distribution team

- Flawlessly executing alliance business processes

- Training and up-skilling of alliance/channel partner's personnel

- Building a distribution network within the territory

Preferred skills:

- Business Development Skills & Relationship management.

- Having Good Communication & Presentation Skills.

- Should be able to manage and drive a team

- Understanding/knowledge of mortgage lending regulations. Good understanding of all Products.
