Job Description :
- Representative of HR for all employee related queries, issues, processes in the business unit - Attrition rate, Resolution time.
- Ensure all HR records and documents of the Business Unit employees are maintained and keep the database updated.
- Ensure completion of the cyclical performance management activities of the PMS on time.
- Organisation Development team and collaborate to create a suitable L&D plan
- Implement the approved L&D plan at the unit
- Implement and roll out HR processes and policies for the unit.

- Minimum of 7 years of working in Human Resource function.
- Masters degree/Specialization in HR
- Excellent command over HR Process & Policies, Learning & Development and Performance Management system.
- Should have experience in either of industry - Automobile / FMCG.
