Our Client is a leading International Pharmaceutical MNC
- Lead Diversity and Inclusion for the organisation liaising with key senior stakeholders
- Sustain and further develop the organisation's culture by designing and driving activities/initiatives to enhance and sustain cultural awareness and understanding of the organisation's vision including on boarding of new employees and newly appointed people managers
- Liaise with corporate CoEs for D&I, Talent Succession, and Culture, and coach HRBPs in order to implement the strategy
- Responsible for regular Leadership events, e.g., Leadership Summit and Connects
- Lead, engage, and develop employees in a motivational manner by establishing healthy and safe working conditions and workplaces
Ideal Candidate:
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in running Diversity & Inclusion initiatives directly or in the HRBP capacity
- Strong D&I, organization culture project management experience is a must
- Education: MBA from Tier 1/2 B-Schools preferred
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills
- Ability to frame D&I strategy along with leadership skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to work on multiple projects
