- Managing and driving organizational D & I initiatives.
- Work towards building thought leadership, industry engagements and consulting avenues in the area of D & I.
- Conceptualize, manage and execute D & I events.
- Adhere to compliance and taking action when necessary.
- Responsible for marketing, generating leads and strengthening partnerships.
- Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting.
