Manager Diversity & Inclusion - IT / ITES

- As a Manager Inclusion & Diversity serve as subject matter expert (SME) for I&D and Pride Council to build consensus, accountability and alignment across entities.

- Activate and engage our India Pride Network around the year, offering them opportunities to develop and show up as allies.

- Engage with entity I&D leads

- Work with Employee Experience to ensure talent management process and benefits are equitable for our LGBTIQ+ employees and liaison as SME on grievance resolution.

- Track progress against KPIs and partner with External Engagement teams to showcase momentum in external forums as well as awards submissions.
