Executive Hiring is looking for a Female Talent as Manager - HR for Diversity & Inclusion for an FMCG, based at Kolkata.
- A Female, with Post Grad in HR from Premiere Business Schools ( XL / TISS / MDI/ SCMHRD /SIBM etc. ) with 4- 6 years of work experience in the areas of Diversity & Inclusion and Employee Wellbeing in an FMCG / Consulting outfit is mandatory.
The role in brief :
- Designing and institutionalizing the Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) practices across verticals.
- Act as an expert in D&I and play consultative role to the business HR teams.
- Ensure that organization wide Employee Wellbeing initiatives in an effective and efficient manner with a clear linkage to talent engagement outcomes.
- Deliver capability building interventions such as facilitating to set up diverse Employee Resource Groups across businesses, workplace sensitization, workplace practices for 'reasonable accommodation' for differently abled employees etc.
- Plan and establish a relevant 'Employee Communication Architecture' which can curate, host and broadcast - appropriately designed communication bytes. These will require extensive co-working with multiple stakeholders.
- Conduct 'pulse tests' to keep the employee communication active, contemporary and effective.
- Strengthen the employee wellness platforms with suitable interventions to enhance adoption and usage. Undertake relevant measures to enhance efficiency current practices
