Our client is one of India's leading and fastest growing companies in the consumer facing market.

- The purpose of this role is to anchor the D&I agenda for the organization by driving multiple D&I initiatives to drive representation, engagement, and development related D&I goals for the organization.

- Develop and execute specific strategies to embed diversity and inclusion into the company's day-to-day operations, including training support, and guidance in hiring practices, retention, and education.

- Act as a cultural steward; work with team members at all levels to further develop overall capability to foster a healthy, cohesive, collaborative, fun, fair, and equitable workplace.

- Reimagining processes/Policies to make them more inclusive for diverse groups (women & LGBT).

- Managing Program coordination, implementation of all Diversity Equity and Inclusion programs.


- Facilitating fortnightly, monthly connects with D&I working groups, committees and councils for updates.

- Own key success measures by developing metrics for DEI programs and processes.

- Manage implementation activities, and develop processes, documentation and communications for program/process rollout and ongoing support.

- Close monitoring of D&I Roadmap and scorecard for meeting defined D&I Targets.

- Be the single point of contact for all the consultants engaged for culture and people projects / deliverables.

- Design & execute D&I programs, policies to attract, retain talented & diverse workforce. Create and deliver engaging presentations for a variety of audiences.

- Proactively identify risks/issues, providing solutions, resolving risks/issues, and overcoming hurdles to drive results.

- Support and Drive various employer branding initiatives.

- Work with the compliance/ legal team to ensure compliance with applicable statutes like POSH and others

- Actively monitor progress made on the company's diversity goals and partner with technology teams to develop dashboard tracking of metrics. Gather utilization metrics, feedback from internal affinity groups plus diversity hiring and attrition statistics.

- Guide and support the introduction and development of affinity groups and employee networks.

- Collaborate with Recruiters, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to assess and strengthen diverse and inclusive talent pipelines and help resolve talent management challenges
