Responsibilities :

- Lead DEI agenda, represent the company for DEI practices.

- Project management, survey design for DEI maturity assessment of the company.

- Design and manage the execution of Gender Diversity Scorecard Survey intended to assess best practices in DEI across the globe and India.

- Development of a DEI recruitment strategy.

- Conducted current state assessment and developed the strategy roadmap for increasing the representation of ethnic minorities.

- Strategy development for leadership development hub. Social media listening, analytics, and research on the DEI communications.

- Development of a global DEI communications strategy roadmap, governance framework.

- Conducted market intelligence and benchmarking research of leadership governance best practices.
