Purpose of the Job:
To devise and implement sales and distribution related plans for market expansion & gross additions
Key Deliverables:
- To increase the width and depth of distribution and market expansion, which would translate into acquisitions and revenues as per business plan
- To develop excellence in distribution through effective market planning ensuring the product availability within the consumer reach
- Continuous evaluations of channel performance at the channel /zonal/district/town level and take correction actions
- To develop excellence in distribution compliance of all regulatory norms
- Training of sales team and channel towards the products, operating process and standards
- Help marketing in developing channel commission, sales incentive plan and retail visibility plan
