The Organisation :

A Digital Marketing and Analytics firms based in the US. They work mostly with fortune 100 clients and have operations across US, Europe and APac.

The Role :

This individual will report into the head of Campaign Management. This position will work as part of a cross functional team made up of marketing, web and technology teams. The individual will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning and implementing Display and Social marketing strategies for the clients and would broadly handle the following responsibilities

- Provide strategy and develop execution plan for Display and Social advertising campaigns across projects

- Work with line manager and cross teams to develop Display and Social solution offering. Plan and execute expansion of services into Media Buying, Demand-Side Platforms, Social advertising.

- Create and implement processes and frameworks for Display and Social campaign management across projects

- Work with line manager in planning and execution of team training and skill development. Mentor and take an active role in the career development of analysts

- Guide analysts in translating strategy into tactics and execution. Oversee execution of plan and and ensure adherence to set processes and quality standards

- Own and monitor health and effectiveness of all Display and Social projects and ensure performance of team meets or exceeds business and commercial expectations of client

- Support Business Development team to suitably position Display and Social solution to prospective clients and support development of pre-sales presentations

- Keep abreast with industry trends, new tools, updates and best practices and share the same with team members

The Person :

- A Subject Matter Expert in programmatic buying and Display Marketing. Should be able to advise top clients on the same

- 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Display and Social advertising platforms.

- Experience in managing campaigns on one or more of these platforms- GDN, Programmatic Media Buying, LinkedIn, Facebook and more.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to drive marketing effectiveness using data and analytics

- People management experience

- Creative flair and enthusiasm for new ideas and concepts

- Strong leadership, entrepreneurial and execution skills
