Manager/Director - Institutional Sales (Trading, F&O)
Role & Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:- Identify and connect with trading desks, proprietary trading firms (prop shops), and other institutional clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the trading community.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their trading requirements.
Sales Strategy and Execution:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and market penetration.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the trading and brokerage industry.
- Present our products and services to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and value propositions.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:- Work closely with trading, research, and technology teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales materials and campaigns.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Track client feedback and market developments to inform product enhancements and business strategies.
Ideal Candidate:Experience:- 5 years Exp in institutional sales within the financial services industry.
- Prior experience working with brokers or exchanges in a trading setup is essential.
- Proven track record of successfully connecting with and managing trading desks and prop shops.
