Manager - Direct Taxation - Real Estate - CA

KEY SKILLS:

- Thorough knowledge of Direct Tax with a special focus on SEZ/IT Park assessments, and litigation.

- Interpretation and analysis of various direct tax provisions including withholding tax and TDS.

- Experience in handling quarterly tax provisions of listed entities, contingent liabilities etc.

- Analytical skills and hands-on experience in tax planning and structuring.

- Coordination with other functions and responding to technical queries from the business team and/or Shared Service tax team.

- Supervise the compliance of returns/tax audits/tax credits/payments etc.

- SAP working knowledge.
