1) Well versed with the provisions of DIRECT Tax, TDS, Tax Audit.

2) Exposure of International Taxation.

3) Strong communication skills.

4) Capable of leading a Team of 5 to 6 Members.

5) Leading a team of tax professional & analyst

6) Finalization & review of income tax computation, advance tax computation, TDS return & other return and compliance under the income tax Act of foreign companies and domestic companies

7) Review of submissions prepared in relation to assessment, lower withholding proceeding, appellate proceedings etc. in the case of clients and representation before the income-tax authorities
