Roles and Responsibilities:

- To co-ordinate for the annual tax audit of the group companies.

- To take care of the compliances with all TDS provisions and all direct tax statutory requirements.

- To prepare the income tax returns of the group companies.

- To prepare the annual transfer pricing returns of the group entities.

- Expert Knowledge - Income tax computation, advance tax computation, TDS computation, TDS return and reconciliation, Deferred tax computation etc.

Note : Candidates with shorter Notice Period or with 1 Month will be preferred.
