Note: We are urgently looking for candidates who have major exposure of Direct taxation at centralized level in renowned organization. Those who have 50:50 percent experience in Direct & Indirect taxation will not work for the role.

Position: Manager (Direct Tax)

Company : Popular & Renowned Consumer product manufacturing

Qualification : CA Qualified

Experience : 3-7 Years

Location : Gurgaon, Corporate Office (5 days a week)

Age limit : 33 years

CTC : 20-23 LPA

Joining: As soon as possible

Industry Experience : Any Industry

Mandatory Skills :

- Must have strong & major exposure of Direct taxation in any popular big brand at corporate/centralized level

- Excellent communication skills

- Pleasing personality

Responsibilities :

Direct Taxation:

- Co-ordinate all income tax-related activities for the company including computation of income for income tax purposes, filing of ITR, Preparing submissions and appearance before assessing officer and appellate authorities - CIT appeals, tribunal.

- Briefing and coordinating with counsels for High Court and Supreme Court matters, etc.

- Calculation of Advance Tax and Self assessment tax Liability

- Participate in Quarterly and Annual closing of accounts and Work with statutory auditors for deferred tax, provisions, contingents, income tax account reconciliations.

- Participate in tax audits & engage with auditors on Companies Act related matters as required

- Transfer Pricing Audit and Documentation. Reports and documentation for exemption claims.

- Prepare Refunds and Litigation MIS

- Ensure TDS Compliances. Deduction, Payment, Quarterly Returns

- TDS assessments

- Ensure tax optimisation

- Any related work that will arise in course of duties

- SAP Exposure is a must
