Manager - Direct Tax - CA - Finance Consulting Firm

We are urgently looking for Manager - Direct Tax with one of the Finance Consulting firms for Bangalore location.

ONLY CA qualified candidates should apply.

Experience : 5+ years in Direct Tax.

Qualification : Only CA

Skills :

Technical :

- Max consultancy experience will be preferred.

- Industry experience would be of added advantage

- Good experience of Direct Tax, Corporate tax (income tax & DTAA) & international tax

- Work exposure in Regulatory work related to SEBI, RBI, NBFC, FEMA etc

- Behavioral Ability to take strong and assertive decisions and ensure that there is a consensus built in the employee base for the decision

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage the execution and develops the Tax practice.

- Work effectively with partner/director on critical client issues along with his team.

- Managing client account.

- Would be responsible to drive initiatives in the service and client domains.

- Decision Making Authority would be required in consulting a partner on important decisions.

- Would be required to operate within approved budgets.
