Manager - Direct Tax, Business Tax, DTRS
Primary Responsibilities:
- Independently handling international tax assignments including
- Corporate Tax Return Filing
- Expatriate tax planning and compliance
- Withholding tax advisory and certification
- Advisory on domestic and international tax issues
- Structuring of inbound and outbound investments
- Representation before tax authorities
- Client interface, liaison and relationship
- Managing a team including qualified accountants
To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have:
1. 3 - 5 years' experience in:
- Income tax compliance, planning and advisory
- Representation before tax authorities
- Knowledge on interpretation of double tax avoidance agreements
- Basic understanding on Transfer Pricing
- Working knowledge on International tax structuring
- Working knowledge of Domestic Tax and Compliances
2. Experience in/exposure to FEMA will be an added advantage
3. Proven leadership abilities
4. Very good communication skills including legal/technical drafting
5. Very good interpersonal skills
6. Good analytical and process skills
