- Own and Lead , Sales and marketing function with revenue targets
- Clear technical and business understanding of the Backup\DR vendors and partner ecosystem
- Possess strategic expertise to triangulate available data, and formulate prioritization as well as a clear plan for execution.
- Drive Direct sales, demand generation, and partner enablement, work closely with management to craft partner programs targeted at increasing company sales and lead/motivate a small team of high-achievers.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university; MBA would be a plus with 8-10 years of experience in datacenter technologies;
- Strong Knowledge of Backup\DR as well as adjacent application ecosystems.
- Experience working with alliance partners.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- A strong can-do attitude with strong planning and analytical skills.
- Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and multi-tasking.
- Willingness to travel.
