- Responsible for regional digitization process implementation
- Responsible for standardized implementation and usage of standardized digitisation tool,including standard reporting and incident categorization.
- Responsible for digitisation documentation - standardized operating manual and playbook
- Perform gap analysis with current set up and establish a corrective project planning - Continuous improvement and alignment with digitisation targets
- Ensure measurement, reporting and dashboarding related to digitization metrics
- Service manager for digitisation platform - L2 support in coordination with vendor
- Manage relationship with vendor in coordination with global team
- Act as divisional technical and process SPOC working with countries accountable organisation
- Act as divisional technical SPOC for global digitisation centre of excellence
- Build strong relationships to key stakeholders on global and local level with focus on shared planning,effective execution, and change.
- Training and support for countries
- Work closely with digitization key users and business managers in countries to support technically for achievement of local digitization targets
- Training program for digitization key users and business managers in countries
- Technical support for sales and tool roll out including customer facing activities
- Manage audit and control routines, development of gap analysis and corrective actions as appropriate
