Manager - Digital Transformation (SCM)
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 5 to 9 Years
CTC : Up to 25 LPA
Manage Logistics, Warehouse, Transportation, and experience in :
i) Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
ii) Distributor's Transformation
iii) Logistics (Warehouse Management & Transportation)
iv) Vendor Evaluation
Prefer someone from IT Services Industry / Big 4
Key Roles/ Primary Responsibilities:
This role, part of the Digital unit, will be responsible for identifying & driving Digital Transformation initiatives across the organization.
- Work with business teams to understand the business needs and how emerging technologies can be leveraged
- Ideation, conceptualization & analysis of Digital opportunities across the value chain including manufacturing, supply chain, workplace & customer experience
- Work closely with vendors for planning, executing & supporting Digital projects
- Provide project management support for Digital initiatives in terms of status updates, budgeting, benefit realization and alignment to strategy
- Actively research new trends and emerging technologies to see how they can bring business value
- Engage with the startups & vendors to evaluate their offerings and conduct PoCs
- Create high quality presentations and value proposition to create stakeholder buy-in
- Engage with internal stakeholders to evangelize the benefits of Digital technologies and drive cultural change
Desired Technical Competencies:
- Strong project management, vendor management, stakeholder management and budget management skills
- Good understanding of Digital technologies such as Analytics, IoT, Cloud, Mobility, AI, AR, VR, RPA etc.
- Experience in requirements analysis and solution design
Desired Behavioral Competencies:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of working independently or with a small team
- Comfortable working in a "startup" environment within a larger company
- Strong planning, coordination & presentation skills
