1. Develop and implement digital strategies that support the organization's overall business objectives.

3. Create and maintain a digital roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of digital specialists, including UX designers, developers, data analysts, and digital marketers.
