Digital & Telematics - Manager
Role - Define commercial vehicle Feature Roadmap, Design telematics offerings & implementation ecosystem which adds value to customer experience and monetizes revenue for OEM.
Job Responsibilities :- Detailed Understanding of customer Behaviour & needs through Consumer / Market Research & benchmarking of Supply Landscape.
- Define the Product & Feature Roadmap to cater to needs of multiple Segments / Competition Mapping
- Product Lifecycle Management through various stages from Concept to implementation
- Implementation of telematics Features as per Roadmap
- Identify Use cases, Develop Business Case, Design Offerings & execute Go-to-Market Strategy
- Understanding of Customer Lifecycle Monetization Concept & Revenue Maximization using Data
- Technology Research, Global & Competition Benchmarking
- Management of Telematics & Data Analytics Platform and evolving it in line with Business Requirements.
- Work in close Coordination with Analytics team in Marketing, Sales, Product Planning, Digital & IT stakeholders
- Recognize Future needs & Initiate Business changes to ensure relevance of Connected Offerings, Services & Eco-system.
Qualification : Bachelor of Engineering; Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical; Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical; Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile + MBA ( Preferred)
