Description - Formulate digital strategies for women's healthcare team deploying CRM tools, uplift sales & acquisition in market, quality check of data collaborating with cross functional teams, content development and digital execution.
- Determine and define project scope and objectives in collaboration with various cross functional team of o Forecast resources & budget needed to achieve desired KPI and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan in collaboration with various cross functional team along with external stakeholders
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis & create content buckets for social media to increase noise level of project o Coordinate with various cross functional team to develop & manage contracts for External stakeholders (Creative agency, P.R agency, Dr Societies, Govt. Bodies)
- Develop & strengthen equity amongst external stakeholders
- Build an advocacy program to chart a roadmap for policy interventions - to drive women's health agenda with government & media discussions - Driving plan & execution of Sustainability goals and relevant projects o Collaborating with global and local stakeholders, internal and external agencies
- Create & develop a plan for project execution and implementation
- Determine budget requirements and identify opportunities to partner with agencies for sustainable business growth
- Customer visits to understand the perspective and scope of improvement during implementation o Strongly assess the progress and monitor execution
- Driving innovation through identification and implementation of newer ideas for customer engagement and outreach
- Collaboration with multiple functions (Marketing, IMCM, Training, Corporate communication) to drive implementation of executional excellence
- Ensure capability building of sales team to acquire skills required for phygital ecosystem & regularly assess the impact of digital initiatives whilst taking corrective actions
- Driving smooth operations of Veeva, MCM - SPOC for IQVIA for the organization - Program coordinator for market research initiatives (global & local) o Collaborating with agencies and internal stakeholders o Ensuring seamless execution and documentation
- Minimum 7-9 years of Marketing with a minimum 2+yrs of experience in Digital Marketing - Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing in India
- Good communication skills - Effective Thought Leader management
- Ability to train sales teams on all product aspects - Strategic mindset, high customer focus & business insight
