Job Description
- Own setup in various systems to ensure correct customer experience at any given time based on management decision
- Own data download from external databases to ensure usability
- Be SPOC for all points related to digital sales operations across the Company to ensure Sales operations utility and warranty
- Be SPOC for operational risk management
- Measure operational performance and suggest improvements, monitor and report key performance indicators and develop plans to improve them.
- To define the Digital Assets & their Performance metrics [page load, tagging etc.] and ensure that the digital services meet the performance requirements.
- Accountable for Process quality and improvement. Communicate service performance against key indicators to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify delivery obstacles for improving transaction performance and suggest appropriate interventions
- Link to authorities on digital legal, regulatory and policy governance - internal & external.
Salary offered: 8 - 11 LPA
