Job Description :

- This role, to whom a team of Customer Engagement Executives will report, will be responsible for:

- Generating quality leads and managing the sales funnel to deliver rapid growth in revenues.

- Through various methods, largely digital, increasing the traffic and registration so as generate large number of quality leads.

- Through an effective process and team management ensure increasing numbers of registered users convert to paying subscribers and higher renewal ratios. This includes developing the capability of the team through training and coaching.

- Work closely with the Equity Analyst Team to understand the logic behind their recommendations and communicate the same in a simple manner to the CEE team and customers.

- Provide the customer perspective and insights that lead to the development of a better site, customer experience and better offers.

- Will report to the Co-founders

Desired Candidate :

The candidate must be an MBA in Marketing. Digital Marketing know-how is a must (should at least have a strong affinity towards learning Digital Marketing). Should enjoy personal selling and working closely with a team.

We prefer a candidate with 2 to 4 years of experience in online sales and marketing, some it of wealth management /financial products and services.
