Digital/Performance Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead budget allocation and planning of digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition
- Execution of campaigns across channels (SEO/SEM, Google - Display/ Shopping/ Search/ YouTube/ Discovery, Facebook, Instagram and other social channels, Programmatic) to meet key performance metrics
- Drive and monitor A/B and multivariate experiments to optimize key performance metrics; Analyse findings, present recommendations and scale as necessary
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Measurement and reporting of the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (return on investment and performance metrics)
Requirements:
- Able to collaborate effectively across teams such as Product, Brand, Content & Design
- Must be data driven with strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Prior experience in Analytics & Product Management is a plus
- High degree of ownership in taking things to completion
