Manager - Digital Payment/Reconciliation

- To manage Daily Reconciliation and funding of NEFT/RTGS transaction process through NET Banking.

- Process documentation audit and ensuring compliance Responsible for maintaining and adhering TAT.

- Conducting daily operation, cash management, deposit mobilization, managing counter operations and directing application of the latest technology to customers.

- Compliance to Bank's internal circular & regulatory advisory

- Complete Responsibility for day to day management, responsible for internal & external co-ordination for the process assigned.

- Participate & contribute towards process improvements, TAT reduction, and cost savings within the area of operations.

- Vendor reviews and adherence to RBI outsourcing policy for vendors.

- Periodic review of accounts and processes to ensure adherence to the agreed processes and eliminate the scope for financial exposure.

- Ensure Zero write-off due to processing errors.

- Minimum 5/10 years' of subject matter experience in ATM/digital payments/ card operations/ payment gateway/ merchant acquiring business etc.

- Good knowledge of transaction lifecycle and settlement process of NEFT / IMPS / UPI.

- Candidate should have a strong understanding of payment processing rules, regulations, and industry standards.
