Manager - Digital Payment - Banking
Technology Interventions Working with Operations, technology teams, legal team and other stakeholders as required to :
a. Design and get seamless Customer journey developed
b. Take responsibility for high quality UI/UX
c. Drive customer marketing campaigns and events
d. Drive training and related activities to create bank-wide awareness
- Product Focus and Business Building
- Collaborating with various products and Operations teams in the bank to develop customized product offerings for the cohort of customers associated with this Solution.
- Partnering with functional teams like marketing, legal, communications, compliance and others to undertake various activities associated with business building.
- Identify potential partners, and forge alliances to build scale.
- Working with operations and related teams to craft/reform processes as required
- Strongly collaborating with the Branch Banking network of the bank to solicit regular feedback, make necessary iterations, develop region specific initiatives, and provide the necessary support required.
- Competition Mapping Track competition performance/movements in such or similar areas and undertake measures to ensure superior experience and delivery
