Own setup in various systems to ensure correct customer experience at any given time based on management decision

Own data download from external databases to ensure usability

Be SPOC for all points related to digital sales operations across the Company to ensure Sales operations utility and warranty

Be SPOC for operational risk management

Measure operational performance and suggest improvements, monitor and report key performance indicators and develop plans to improve them.

To define the Digital Assets & their Performance metrics [page load, tagging etc.] and ensure that the digital services meet the performance requirements.

Accountable for Process quality and improvement. Communicate service performance against key indicators to internal and external stakeholders.

Identify delivery obstacles for improving transactional performance and suggest appropriate interventions

Link to authorities on digital legal, regulatory and policy governance - internal & external.
