- Develop strong and effective media buying plans based on sound strategies and research.
- Develop and execute media plans, including: budgeting, execution, reporting, optimization, and invoicing
- Negotiate with ad networks and aim for optimized ROI for all digital media slots/plans
- Should be proficient with SEO/SEM and should be able to closely work with content team/digital agencies to improve page ranks
- Should be able to target correct TG and build up measurability metrics for continuous tracking
- Provide analysis on media delivery, performance, trends and future implications in PCAs
- Partake in group brainstorming sessions with the intention of bringing great ideas to life and subsequently, designing campaigns.
- Should be smart to parse web chatter and able to share market/consumer insights with product development team.
- Expert level understanding and use of Google analytics. Working knowledge of multiple web/mobile data tracking and analysis tools
- In-the-know of industry standards and new digital media programs/opportunities, and can advise on new ways to reach targets
- Manages digital media billing using monthly tracking reports - Performs other duties and projects as assigned
Educational Qualifications:
- Graduate or MBA
Experience:
- Minimum of 6-12 years of experience
- Thorough understanding of the digital medium and online consumption pattern
Other Skills:
- High on initiative and drive
- Detail oriented and proficient managing projects and able to multi-task, organize, prioritize, and structure workload
- Interpersonal skills very critical
