The role will be responsible for managing the daily operational responsibilities towards Performance Marketing which includes Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Programmatic Buying, Display Marketing, Mobile Marketing and Affiliate Marketing. The role requires good understanding of the core principles of performance marketing and agency management skills. The role will ensure efficient and seamless campaign management across relevant platforms and ensuring desired ROI from the campaigns.

Job Description:

- Collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to achieve desired ROI in all marketing channels

- Help manage the day to day execution and optimization of paid search, social, programmatic buying, affiliate and display campaigns across Facebook, Google, LinkedIn and other digital platforms

- Create and drive strategy to build inbound traffic and improve conversions and ROI on both website and app

- Conduct deep daily analysis to determine campaign effectiveness and identify misses and opportunities

- Conceptualize and implement optimization strategies and tests for campaigns

- Structure, launch, analyze, and report on landing page testing to drive improved conversion across channels

- Provide regular reporting and performance updates to communicate successes, inconsistencies, underperformance, or any other campaign related metrics

- Create and test various ad units in collaboration with creative teams

- Create opportunities through staying current with new channels, software, and industry best practices.

SEM Management

- Oversee and manage SEM campaigns, supporting creative and technical requests aimed at increasing traffic and conversions.

- Manage multiple large keyword campaign across multiple search engine marketing channels including Google AdWords-, Yahoo! Search Engine, Bing, MSN AdCenter-, social platforms like Facebook, Twitter and other such targeted networks/programs.

- Liaising with the creative agency for creative work to be used for digital marketing campaigns on multiple platforms.

- Strong knowledge and understanding of Google Analytics, Google Adwords and Mobile attribution platforms.

Search Engine Optimization

- Coordinate with the Search Engine Optimization agency to select and optimize keywords to get maximum visibility on the search engines such as Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc- .

- Responsible to see that all pages of Airlines are optimized with meta data along with the page titles.
