Manager - Digital Marketing - Startup

We are looking for an exceptional and highly motivated Digital Marketing professionals for Digital Marketing - Manager position with our client (Start-up Company, based in Bangalore).

Our client is setting up its digital marketing team and programs. To move this forward we are seeking a person to be the first to join us and help set up our in house digital marketing programs.

Our Expectations:

- Have hands on experience in designing, implementing and measuring various digital campaigns such as email, webcasts and display ads.

- Is comfortable using a marketing automation solution to manage and run these campaigns.

- Is able to measure and analyze the campaigns and report on the success of each of these campaigns regularly.

- Is able to support the content team in developing content for the various campaigns and lead generation strategy.

This role will be measured on lead generation, developing and scheduling of the marketing calendar, implementation and delivery of digital marketing programs.

An added responsibility will be ownership of the marketing database and quality of the contact database.

The person should have at least three years of hands on experience in digital marketing. Any exposure to the US market is an added advantage.

The role will have considerable independence in operation and decision making and will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and is based in Bangalore.
