Digital Marketing Manager


Responsibilities:


- Devising Social Media Strategies: Develop and implement all-encompassing social media strategies that harmonize with our marketing goals and target demographic. Remain well-versed in industry tendencies, emerging platforms, and top practices to maintain a competitive advantage.

- Formulating Content: Create riveting and visually striking content for various social media platforms, encompassing images, videos, infographics, and textual posts.

- Managing Social Media Presence: Supervise day-to-day operations of all social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring a uniform brand message, tone, and style across these platforms.

- Nurturing Online Engagement: Proactively interact with our digital community, address comments, messages, and mentions, and cultivate positive exchanges to foster brand loyalty and patron contentment.

- Analyzing and Reporting: Regularly monitor performance metrics related to social media, evaluate data, and formulate insightful reports to gauge the efficacy of campaigns and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

- Orchestrating Social Advertising: Blueprint, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on social media to efficiently reach our intended audience, amplify ROI, and realize business objectives.

- Collaborating with Influencers: Recognize and collaborate with pertinent influencers and brand proponents to amplify our outreach and leverage their followers to spotlight our products/services.

- Staying Abreast of Social Trends: Remain up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, modifications in algorithms, and updates on various platforms, and adapt strategies correspondingly.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferable.

- Confirmed employment history as a Social Media Marketing Manager or in a comparable capacity for 1 to 2 years atleast.

- Proven aptitude in conceiving captivating content and steering social media communities.

- Display inventive thinking and capability to generate groundbreaking social media concepts.

- Proficiency in functioning autonomously and as a segment of a team within a fast-paced setting.
