- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive digital media strategies and campaigns that align with Duroflex's business objectives, focusing on elevating brand visibility and achieving substantial growth.
- Media Management: Oversee media planning and management to optimize marketing budget efficiency, ensuring maximum return on investment from digital media activities.
- E-commerce Marketing: Manage all aspects of digital marketing for Duroflex's e-commerce platform, enhancing user engagement, driving traffic, and increasing conversions.
- Lead Generation: Implement strategies to drive lead generation for COCO (company-owned, company-operated) stores, with a focus on increasing leads per store every month.
- Brand Performance: Increase brand visibility through enhanced digital branding efforts. Track and boost Google brand searches for Duroflex (Dfx) and ensure consistent year-on-year growth (GOLY FTM).
- Kantar Metrics: Utilize Kantar insights to monitor and improve Duroflex's spontaneous brand awareness (SPONT) and consideration levels in the market.
- Website Optimization: Optimize website performance to improve conversion rates. Implement data-driven changes to enhance the user journey and overall site experience.
- UI/UX Improvements: Collaborate with development and design teams to refine UI/UX across digital platforms, ensuring an intuitive and seamless customer experience.
- MarTech Tools: Drive customer retention, conversions, and loyalty through the effective adoption and use of MarTech tools like Salesforce, WebEngage, and PayTM Mloyal.
- Agency & Vendor Management: Manage relationships with digital agencies and vendors to ensure successful campaign execution, timely delivery, and adherence to quality standards.
- Analytics & Insights: Analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools. Provide actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and support data-driven decision-making.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals, ensuring a cohesive approach to growth and brand success.
