Role: QSR with Digital & Ecommerce Marketing Manager

About the role:
This is a business-oriented, Digital and ecommerce marketing role. This role will be a great fit for someone who is passionate, creative and has keen interest in building brands and business on the digital platforms both Ecommerce and Social Media.
Data Oriented, Performance Oriented individual with the attitude for developing actionable insights to drive the success of our brands in terms of Awareness, Visibility translating to Sales and Market Share.
In partnership with Sales Team, Marketing team and Digital and Creative Agencies, you will be responsible for the setup, execution, optimization, tracking, reporting, and analysis of company's digital marketing initiatives across
A.)Ecommerce including quick commerce (Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, Bigbasket etc),
B.)Social Media(Meta, YT, Google others)

ECOMMERCE - Candidate Works in parallel with - Key Account Managers who are directly responsible for Business with each platform and so the candidate will jointly work with the KAMs to develop strategies for Sales, Profitability and MS growth thru Marketing on Ecommerce Platforms.
DIGITAL MARKETING - Candidate Works in parallel with -Brand Managers/Assistant brand managers who are directly responsible for Brand performance at All India Level and so the candidate will jointly work with the Brand Managers/Asst Brand Managers to develop content strategy for the Brand over the Calendar year, liase with the Digital Marketing Agency for development of Content as well as Execution. The candidate will also be required to liase with Google, Meta, Influencers, News Apps, Apps, platforms as are relevant for building the Awareness for our brands.
Key Skills and Experience:
1. E Commerce
a. Develop and execute E-commerce product sales strategy for online food aggregators and FMCG platforms like Zomato, Swiggy, BlinkIt, Instamart, Zepto etc. in conjunction with KAMs.
b. Catalog management for all online platforms including on-boarding, product listing, real time sales integration.
c. Develop, design and implement advertising and promotional campaigns for these online platforms in line with brand guidelines.
2. Social Media Marketing
a. Together with design and advertising teams manage, monitor and achieve social media marketing objectives including influencer tie ups, online reputation management for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YT etc.
b. Produce high-quality Content, working with creative/digital agencies, internal team, video editors to create compelling and engaging content.
c. Work closely with graphic designers to develop and refine visual presentations that convey our brand values and key messaging
d. Manage and execute Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram campaigns, PPC, GDN, SEO/SEM and other campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, MBA or Masters degree not necessary but will be added advantage
- At least 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing space, preferably at a fast growing start-up D2C brand or FMCG organization preferably in food industry
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform and optimize marketing efforts.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Amazon or any such Digital performance analytics tool, proven ability to capture and collate data in a useful way
- Good Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Exposure of managing large scale campaigns on Adwords, Facebook and other ad network platforms. Experience with PPC, SEO/SEM, Google ads and other digital marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment by managing multiple projects and priorities.
