Description : Its an e-commerce lead role for a beauty company based out of Delhi
Client Details :

They are one of the fastest growing brands in this space and are expanding their global footprint and on the path towards strengthening their place in India with robust plans towards growth.
- They are looking for an E-commerce lead who can contribute to the development of their e-commerce channels and further the growth of their global brands across all digital platforms.
Job Description :
The chosen candidate would report to the Chief Operating Officer and be responsible for the following :
- Online sales and management of online channels with respect to user experience and development of the online store
- Campaign planning for the channels, primary and secondary target planning, development of exclusive launches and subsequent stock alignments
- Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email and display advertising on the channels they are present
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Work towards relevant website promotions leading to sales, engagement, traffic and up-gradation
- Evaluate important metrics that affect portal traffic and target audience
- Analyse site performance to ensure maximum customer response
- Produce monthly reports on e-commerce performance, development and opportunities
- Develop product information - packaging and product description for vendors across channels
Profile :
- The successful applicant should be a graduate from a premier b-school and have at least 4 years of extensive experience in third party e-commerce sales and digital campaigns and should be able to manage budgets and targets. He/she should be experienced in handling premium brands across his/her career.
- The applicant should also have a working understanding of SEO, SMO and PPC. He/she should be able to build strategies and envision newer venues for building business.
