We are looking for a critical-thinking, innovative and results-oriented digital marketing professional who can assist in the acquisition of players through Digital Marketing and increase the brand awareness of the company on the internet. You will be responsible for defining the companies- digital marketing strategy while overseeing tactical development, implementation, tracking and optimization of marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You will also be responsible for understanding business priorities and prospecting needs with the goal of driving business value and lead generation. You will work with multiple internal stakeholders to develop strong digital strategies, oversee the website and optimization, and play an important role in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. You will create key metrics and evaluate the ROI/impact of campaigns, making course corrections if needed. Responsibilities - Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media and display advertising campaigns - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess goals (ROI and KPIs) - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights - Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies - Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests - Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience - Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points - Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels - Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners - Reports creation using Google Analytics/other SEO Tools for tracking and analysis of traffic metrics through various SEO initiatives - Driving website awareness and traffic with Facebook and Google Ad campaigns - Managing PPC marketing budget with optimum utilization - Analytically tracking and improving the success of social media marketing programs Requirements - 1-4 years- experience of SEO, PPC, Social Media and digital marketing (includes native ad platforms, publisher ad networks etc) campaigns - implementation &amp; management - Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and industry best practices - Hands-on experience of working with analytical software (e.g. Google Analytics, Site Catalyst, Core metrics, etc.) and create numbers-based marketing strategies - Experience in online gaming/real money websites could be a plus point Salary offered : 7-9LPA
