Digital Marketing and lead generation
For an EduTech Startup in West Delhi
- The Manager of digital marketing and sales shall be responsible for all digital advertising (PPC, Performance Marketing) on multiple platforms including Social Media, Facebook, Instagram, Google (SEO, SEM), Youtube, Bing and any other search/social media platform.
- The person shall have oversight of the media/advertising agencies and freelancers hired if any for such roles. Over time, these shall transition to full time employees hired in the company.
- This role shall be responsible for all aspects of advertising and marketing including creative oversight of advertisements, placement, targeting, frequency of advertising, platform selection, demographic selection and psychographic mapping.
- The candidate shall have familiarity with tracking tools, technologies and developments in the field and constantly look to update methodologies and technologies to stay ahead of the curve in digital advertising and marketing. The person will be responsible for placement and spending on other platforms like Ajio and Amazon.
- The candidate shall also be responsible for other aspects of marketing such as influencer marketing, email marketing, SMS/whatsapp marketing and have overall influence on the brand voice and communication strategy of the company.
- The candidate shall oversee a sizeable annual budget across various channels.
-The KPIs of the role will be orders and revenue generated through different advertising and marketing efforts of the company as a multiple of the spend as well as overall growth of the business in absolute terms.
- The candidate will report to the director of the company.
Exp 4 to 6 years
Salary: 12 plus 3 CTC.
