- Needs to know everything about digital marketing and how to personal execute strategies.
- Lead and develop members of marketing team in executing strategic short/medium/long term partnerships and managing integrated marketing campaigns from inception to execution
- Establish relationships internally and externally with local organizations and well known brands in all our local markets (Saudi and Sub-Saharan Africa)
- Create engaging campaigns that are promoted on our blog, via emails and on social media
- ADD BUYING and optimizing - drive ad spend on all relevant channels such as Google, FB, Yahoo, Instagram, Youtube and more.
- Lead and manage a variety of initiatives from press announcement to partner events
- Leverage the technology to solve problems and drive solutions in the community
- 3+ years of marketing and/or business development experience
- Prior experience managing a marketing or revenue generating team
- Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking
- Creative solutions driven mindset, with a - get shit done- attitude
- Relevant experience in consumer service marketing is helpful
- Stellar networking skills and the ability to make smart partnerships happen

- Super organized. Hundreds of incoming partnership requests a month
- You- re able to prioritize requests to make sure the team is working on the post important opportunities
- You are in charge of any direct offline and online marketing activities on the Saudi Arabian Market by planning, preparing and implementing our campaigns
- You are responsible for a proper PR Strategy
- You are responsible for the acquisition, contract negotiation and long term support of cooperation partners like e.g. Malls and Restaurants
- You track the performance of existing and future collaborations and campaigns
- You are expected to contribute and implement your own ideas
You already designed and implemented big offline/online marketing campaigns
- You have huge experience in Public and Media Relations
- You have experience in TV and Radio Spot production
- You have excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- You are structured, analytical, detail oriented, precise and have an affinity for numbers
- You have exceptional people management skills and are a team player, have a results-oriented way of working and like to take the initiative
