- The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing digital and social media strategy and campaigns to increase the mindshare of the brand on digital. This role encompasses a range of digital channels, including websites, social media, email, content marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and online advertising.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in devising and executing successful digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The role would report to the Head of Corporate Marketing.
- Experience: Proven experience of at least 3+ years as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Well versed with Google Analytics, SEO Tools, Hootsuite, FB/LinkedIn/Twitter Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, FB Ad manager etc.
Qualification : Masters / Post Graduate Diploma from leading B Schools (IIM's and similar)
