Digital & Performance Marketing

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Plan and manage performance-driven campaigns across multiple digital channels.

- Optimize PPC advertising and paid marketing initiatives on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and refine strategies to maximize ROI and conversions.

2. Lead Generation, Sales Outreach & Cold Calling

- Design and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential clients.

- Conduct proactive outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to nurture leads and drive business growth.

- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue targets.

- Understand customer needs and tailor messaging accordingly.

- Effectively communicate the value of AI solutions to prospective clients.

3. Content Creation & Social Media Marketing

- Oversee the content strategy, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and website content.

- Develop compelling marketing materials such as newsletters and email campaigns to enhance brand awareness.

- Manage social media presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, creating engaging content to drive audience interaction.

4. Graphic Design & Brand Positioning

- Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing marketing assets, including social media creatives, ad banners, infographics, and landing pages.

- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials, ensuring alignment with company services.

- Assess design requirements based on the company's product and service offerings.

5. Market Research & Strategy

- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor strategies, and advancements in AI technology to optimize marketing efforts.

- Conduct competitive analysis and provide strategic recommendations.

- Identify new marketing opportunities and experiment with innovative growth strategies.

6. Team Management

- Lead and mentor a small marketing team, ensuring productivity and alignment with company goals.

- Assign tasks, review performance, and provide strategic guidance.

- Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, with expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, content strategy, and lead generation.

- Previous experience in sales or business development, with a willingness to engage in cold calling and direct lead outreach.

- Background in the AI/technology industry is highly preferred.

- Candidates from top B-schools will be given priority.

- Strong proficiency in PPC advertising, paid marketing (Google & Meta Ads), and social media marketing.

- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and conversion optimization.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage potential clients through calls and emails.

- Ability to create engaging content, write blogs, and independently manage digital marketing initiatives.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from data and enhance marketing performance.

- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma) is a plus.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about AI-driven marketing.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
