Role - Manager - Digital Marketing
Digital Marketer
The role:
- Drive online marketing initiatives for the brand including SEM, Social, Remarketing, Mobile Marketing, email, Display etc.
- You will be responsible for driving Revenue, Traffic, Engagement and ROI through above channels
- A balanced mix of strategic value addition and hands-on marketing expertise
- Plan, execute & oversee all digital marketing activities
- Identifying and implementing strategies for increasing revenue and transactions through PPC marketing channels.
- Implementing strategies for increasing site traffic through organic & paid search listings
- Managing Ad Campaigns on major PPC / Meta and affiliate platforms like Google, Bing etc.
- Responsible for SEM bid optimization, portfolio selection to deliver Revenue targets and ROI on Ad spend
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Plan & implement strategies to drive traffic & engagement from social channels
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
The Candidate:
- Ability to anticipate or quickly react to ever changing landscape of search algorithms by staying on top of current search engine news, trends, practice and social triggers
- Understanding of web analytics and ability to derive meaningful insights for creation of organic search strategies
- Comfortable in coordinating with Tech, Product, Business teams & Content Writers regarding changes required in the sites
- Proven track record of delivering tangible results within their respective functions
- At least 5 years of Digital Marketing related work experience
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
Performance marketing experience is must (been responsible for end results - leads, revenues, customer acquisition etc)
- Must have led SEO efforts, responsible for large SEO traffic and exemplary SEO ranking
- Must have led user engagement, repeat & monetization
- Must have handled all sort of paid marketing channels spread across desktop & mobile web & app - SEM, FB, Emailing,
- Remarketing, App marketing, Affiliate marketing
- Must have worked on CRO (conversion optimization).
- Must have worked closely with Product, Tech, Content team
- Strong experience in Good Analytics expertise, Web analytics and data analytics
- Content marketing experience is a plus
