Job description:

- Leading the Project management office for entire Digital & Digitization journey of the Company.

- In addition, Plan, develop, and implement the digital marketing strategy. This includes managing Company's website & other Digital assets, Search engine optimization & Search engine marketing, promotion and related research & development.

Key activities:

- Oversee the planning, implementation & tracking of various projects

- Defining the scope of the project in collaboration with respective teams, create a detailed project plan with responsibilities, review the execution & adherence to timelines with senior management & determine the Plan v/s Actual of the key initiatives.

- Participate in various meetings & record action points for follow up & execution.

- Reporting the progress of the various projects to senior management in agreed frequency.

- Coordination with various stakeholders for effective implementation of the project plan; highlight delays, if any; seek intervention from senior management to ensure timelines are adhered to.

- Any other activities required for effective implementation of the project.

- Managing the digital assets - content creation and technical changes

- Improving Website design, architecture, usability, development and optimization.

- Improving the customer experience of visitors to company's digital assets.

- Streamlining the process followed for carrying out changes on the digital front.

- Ensuring that all aspects of Risk and security are covered for the website. Also ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

- Conceptualisation and execution of Search Engine Optimization & Search Engine Marketing initiatives.

- To review the performance of all sites & make suitable changes such that revenue and costs per acquisition are optimized.

- Tracking best practices within Insurance, BFSI, eCommerce segment across India/ Asia & look at opportunities of customization

- Ensuring most efficient practices are followed, viz a viz new technology and competition.

- Agency management

- Ensuring that spends are within budget

Educational Qualifications: Post graduate in Marketing or Advertising.

Relevant Experience:

- Exposure to Digital marketing team operations, Project management, etc

Personal Characteristics & Behaviours:

- Should be passionate about the digital medium and also have significant personal interest in technology. Ability to stay updated on technical advancement in the digital marketing area.

- Being result oriented and creative; possess strong interpersonal, communication, and strong analytical skills; and have entrepreneurial leanings.

Other skills required:

- Understanding of all business processes & systems

- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Access

- Problem solving abilities

- Team player

- Ability to work in stiff timelines

- Good Listening Skills.
