Manager - Digital Marketing


This role is with a leading infrastructure conglomerate in India.

Purpose:

- Responsible for delivering various online marketing activities across channels including:

- Social Media, Magazine and Other relevant communication platforms to strengthen the Brand Perception.

- Leverage online channels by clear understanding of how to leverage consumer behavioral, lifestyle, transactional and demographic data in order to deliver relevant marketing programs through multiple communication channels with a vision of establishing the brand in Target Audience mindshare.

Job Responsibilities:

- Social Media Marketing Activities.

- Work with Social Media Agency and internal stakeholders to create and run effective SM campaigns, combined and for each asset class on its own - Hotels, F&B, Retail, Offices and Future projects through multiple channels:

- Social Media posts - LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.

- Digital Marketing - E-Mailers, Newsletters, Adverts.

- Chatbot communication.

- Create campaigns that grab the attention of targeted audience.

- Website management and timely content update.

- Content Management.

- Manage online enquiries received.

- Formulating and constantly realigning Marketing and Promotion strategy/communication as per Business Objectives.

- Revisions of Marketing Collaterals like Brochures, Website, AVs, Presentations, etc.

- Responsible for management of the Magazine content and release.

- Responsible for regular Photo & video shoots of the assets ( Monthly and Annual Shoot).

- Knowledge and Experience on Photography and Videography (Understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling).

- Responsible for integrated marketing communication for the Events and Activations across various online & offline channels.

- Customer Database Management.

- Segmentation of customer database for targeted marketing activities.

- Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals, overseeing the production process, execution and reporting the results to the relevant stakeholders.

- Analytical Skills : gathering and analyzing data to helping in understanding the customer base and coming up with suggestive existing strategies.

- Skilled in Online Reputation Management.
