- Our client is a pioneer in India of the toxin free all-natural line of baby products. The startup was founded in 2017 to address the need for natural and safe products for mothers and babies. The products have been developed by experts from Australia, India, and Switzerland. They undergo rigorous dermatological tests and are certified by the Safe Cosmetics Australia. The disruptive startup is backed by angel investors who are already big in the baby care industry. They are serving more than 5 lakh customers across India are looking forward to diversifying into the baby food and clothing segment.

- The founders are a husband-wife duo coming from tier one b-schools like IIM-A, and Welingkar and have worked in companies like TCS, McKinsey, Snapdeal, ICICI bank, etc before becoming entrepreneurs. The idea of the startup was born from a personal need to find toxin-free and safe products for their own children and the realization of the huge gap in the market for the same.

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible to manage and strategise the digital marketing for the company and enhance the sales of the company.

What you will do:

- Managing online campaigns on Google and Facebook

- Coordinating with the Marketing Team on how to run successful campaigns, measuring ROI from these campaigns.

- Managing implementation initiatives to enhance PPC campaign effectiveness.

- Managing performance marketing spend to ensure achievement against commercial goals.

- Staying up to date with emerging marketing channels and digital trends in the consumer travel space.

- Reporting the insights to e-commerce head to understand and capitalize on online purchase behavior.

What you need to have:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing

- Strong understanding of strategizing and executing facebook and Google campaigns

- Proven achievements in delivering profit growth and ROI.

- Excellent command over written and spoken English

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
