Key Responsibilities

- Ideating and executing growth initiatives for online business through aggregators & own app

- Drive user acquisition and retention through focused programs across app and online channels

- Execute Programmatic & Performance Marketing and monitor ROI on paid marketing

- Find innovative ways to drive more organic and direct traffic

- Managing relationship with aggregators - growing business but at the same time minimizing dependency on aggregators

- Driving significant incremental revenue via alliances and partnerships

- Managing digital media budgets, earned media, and driving SEO, SEM, Precision Targeting

- Managing all digital creative /creative agency relationship and responsible for digital content creation

- Delivering National Marketing programs through social media

- Driving social listening and response program

- Responsible for analytics & deriving insights from digital media campaigns

Desired Skills:

- Should be able to analyze the overall marketing performance

- Strategic Skills: SEO/SEM/ Online Marketing, Aware of marketing Database, Display Advertising Campaigns, Maintaining social media presence

- Technical Skills: MS Excel, Google Analytics, and hands-on experience on any performance platforms

- Ability to work in parallel on conversion funnel optimization and lead scale-up initiatives.
