Job Description

- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights

- Brainstorm new and creative growth opportunities in the online and new media

- Design, build and maintain the organisation's social media presence

- Planning and delivering CRM strategies to encourage customer retention and loyalty develop a CRM structure that works seamlessly across the organization

- Customer journey mapping analysing touch points with the organization and maximising commercial opportunities

- Work closely with all departments to ensure that CRM works effectively for all aspects of the organization

The Successful Applicant

Post graduate in marketing with a proven track record of 6-10 years in digital marketing and CRM with experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, mobile, social media and advertising. Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate action coupled with a strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies.
