1. To support the senior management in conceptualizing the business plan and develop and implement an effective strategic marketing plan.
2. To work closely with senior management and introduce market specific campaign to generate quality leads
3. To collaborate with senior management in creating a sound brand image and build a strong direct customer base
4. Provide insights & oversights to senior Management team through market intelligence, monitoring & analyzing market trends, developing metrics and periodically monitoring the performance
5. Foreseeing & identifying the potential market/customer base for future expansion, through analyzing the market survey/market intelligence, primary data collection from the team members.
6. Establishing affiliation agreements with others health care institutions/providers/ consultants/ practitioners.
7. Planning & implementing promotional activities; envisaging and executing business development plans through launch of new promotional & sensitizing campaigns
9. Achieving market share targets by developing business plans
10. Monitor and analyse market trends
11. Develop and maintain a strong work relationship with key opinion leaders and contacts with other relevant agents
