Major responsibilities :-
- Person will be doing planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels including SEO/SEM and social media.
- Person will drive consumer acquisition and retention activities through database, website, app, social media in close collaboration with marketing and customer facing teams.
- Person will do day to day management of all digital touch-points, secure campaign effectiveness, reporting of KPIs and create learning loops to continuously improve digital activities.
- Person will manage local content strategy across platforms.
- Link Consumer Experience feedback to innovate the consumer digital offering.
- To manage the activity plan for all consumer activity from inception to implementation, acting as liaison between consumer care team, on ground team and sales managers.
- Work in close coordination with product marketing, sales and consumer managers
Qualification :-
- Bachelors degree in science or mass communication with diploma in digital marketing.
- MBA in marketing with relevant digital marketing course will be preferred.
What we are looking for :-
- Must have hands-on digital marketing experience handling large scale campaign planning and execution in a reputed e-Retail/FMCG/Consumer Health/digital agency
- Demonstrable experience in managing and optimizing SEO/SEM, email marketing set up and automation, social media, website and app management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, salesforce.com; Google Analytics; Email systems such as Eloqua, Website CMS
- Analytical experience to drive customer journey, engagement and lead conversion rates.
- A passion to make a difference, and to take Consumer Acquisitions to the next level.
