ROLE: Digital Marketing Manager- Hair Care
LOCATION: Mumbai
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Brand Management - Develop and implement short term and long term strategy for the Brand.
- Maintain & control advertising and promotion budgets.
- Agency interaction, liaison with creative, media and digital agencies on a regular basis to move the brand in the designated direction.
- Identify, develop, innovate and execute timely, cost effective communication ATL and BTL.
- Manage, create and release PR articles for awareness of the new product category.
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing and social media management and monitoring.
- Preference will be given to candidate with strong understanding of online marketing channels/ digital marketing/ marketing communications programs- user demand/ acquisition, SEO/SEM, PPC campaigns, Social Media campaigns etc.
- Understanding of international markets is an advantage.
- Develop and manage Content marketing strategy.
- New Product Development complete ownership of NPD process, from conceptualization to launch and further extending the brand.
- Competitive Intelligence & Analysis - Gather and analyze customer insight.
- Sales and retail channels (online and offline) management.
KEY SKILLS :
- Understanding/Appreciation of marketing such as customer segmentation, brand and product management, brand communication, promotions, market research, etc.
- Ability to handle multiple, concurrent projects and initiatives.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter and learn new skills quickly on the job.
- Driven, team player that is motivated to take responsibility and ensure successful outcomes across activities.
EDUCATION : Graduate in any branch of Science with MBA Marketing. Digital Marketing knowledge is essential.
EXPERIENCE : Minimum 3 YEARS IN MARKETING AND BRANDING of a retail consumer product. Personal care experience is an advantage.
